The Symphony Spa 25L water heater was delivered on 30‑05‑2026. The installation team was scheduled to visit on 02 or 03‑06‑2026. However, the installation was not carried out properly. The team did not use a water level to align the screws, resulting in the geyser being fixed in a tilted position. Furthermore, the installation appeared to be attempted with guidance from YouTube and a senior member over a phone call, rather than by trained professionals on site.
