This is jitendra dwivedi here working with niit technologies, prior to this organization i was working with symphony technoventures pvt. Ltd. Located at bandra, mumbai (http://www.symphonytechnoventures.com/), i worked there for almost 10 years and my client was sony media entertainment (Msm earlier) and i was working from client site at malad west, but i was on the payroll of symphony. Sony was unhappy with symphony over some deliverables and hence they decided to discontinue their contract with symphony and awarded the contract to niit technologies ltd., when niit got this contract they were asked by sony to have some members from the existing project to be taken on niit's payroll so that work is least affected and niit in consultation with sony retained 4 members (Who were on symphony's payroll) to their payroll, this angered symphony people and they didn't pay feb 2016 salary for four o[censored]s and my salary is still pending with them, whenever i enquire with them they give some lame excuse and are not crediting my salary for feb 2016.
They (Symphony) had also opened a salary account with yes bank and it was a zero balance account, however they never credited any salary in this account and this account has become dormant now and now the account has gone into negative and when i contacted yes bank people for closing the account, they are not listening and asking to pay around 6000/- (Showing as outstanding) to pay first and only then they will close, so now i am very much disturbed as i have not received my salary for feb 2016 whereas the account was opened by symphony for crediting the salary but they never did and so i have to go through double loss
Please help me get my salary credited so that both my issues are resolved
