Syncway Infotech — fraud business... fraud work

I have entered Syncway Infotech Solutions Private Limited form filling work on 2/07/2018. After joining he has provided work, the complete project files and stamp paper online agreement.

As per the agreement he has to provide projects but he is not make live in project.
I tried calling them but they are not picking up my call n now asking me out for penalties 8000... They are playing fraud with me n threatening me for non payment...Guys they are fraudulent...
