Sir,
I placed an order to Amazon for Redmi note 8 mobile phone on 20 March 2020. The amount was paid from account through debit card.The item was reached at Cochin on 22 March 2020 and the same was not arrived at destination point and not delivered me due to lockdown. The items was returned by them to the seller. The refund of the amount of Rs. 10649/- had been initiated by Amazon on 14 May 2020 vide their Refund reference 7BJC7YK0000K78NT6CE .
But, till date, the said amount has not been credited in my Syndicate Bank Account.
