Around 1 month ago, I received a call from E-Brains in collaboration with Synergy Education International, that they would give me DVDs having lessons for my child's studies, which I would have to install on the computer. I ordered them and paid the full price. I didn't receive one of the DVDs and so I called them. Over the last 20 days I have called them over 15 times and all I get for an answer is "Ma'am I will check and call you later to inform you." The call never comes and I have to call them every time. I still haven't received the DVD. I have tweeted about this issue too. Was this information helpful? |
