Its a completely fraud company.To earn money on recruitment basis is the main moto.i was the employee since dec 2008 to sep 2009.i got my only 2months salary only.their only aim is to harsh mentally to their employees, to stop salary, to frustate them by giving false commitment & cheques.now they are going to open this fraud with new name Synergy web soft Pvt Ltd in M.P.I have invested my 40k security along with 12k expences on my Ranchi site. my company did not deposit any site expences for my team and i was closed in my hotel room by manager of that hotel in Ranchi. when i ask for my money. Capt Ashish Srivastava denied me for that & Mr. Abhishek Rajoria warned me in a wrong way.
sir please i request you to do somthing with this FRAUD ORGANIZATION.The Person who join this company is on only the basis of Having experience bt after having everything like mental harashment bonded money they are unable to do anything beside staing here...

this Synergy Management Services is run by a fraud name Asish Srivastav, who claim to be a retired from ARMY. he just cheat innocent student by giving false offer letter of company SYNEGY MANAGEMENT which do not exixt. and he charged 3000 Rs from them, till today i calculate he has approached 300+ colleges, and he and his team recruit in average 40-50 student from each college. so if you calculate the amount of money of his scam it will be 300*40*3000=3, 60, 00, 000 more then 3.5 corer of rupees... and he have not given joining to any student. Whenever any student claim for the joining he just tell them that the market condition is bad.. so joining will be late...

He is a big fraudster.. ASISH SRIVASTAV ... if you need more information about this fraudster let me know, or just reply this post .. i will try to find out his contact number...
His network of scam is in haryana, punjab, UP, faridabad, MP etc...

above information is totally false iam working wid dis company 4m last 2 months and get a good response from company side...so brother plz donot do this type of thing to demotivate others...i think dis is one of the best company...

The synergy management services Lucknow is the entity that has been working for the last 2 years at Lucknow and now are on the expansion mode. If the persons whose figure has been claimed by defaimant are true then why is still company doing the business with enormous proportions. The company today holds its record head high by being the registered partners in telecoms sector with the leading brands like Reliance Tele Communication, Huwaei, Nec. They have got the govt projects lined up and are one of the sought trainers by the Govt agencies atLucknow and Indore. If the above person is so much enthusiastic about the company and is bend on defaming the management and the company both at least he/she should produce the documentation for even a single legal suit pending against the company from the year of inception till today. The candidate who has not joined on the grounds of the service agreement sent by the company to them all on scorching on the wrong claims without having anykind of formal proofs as they claim in their astounding financial figures.

This is a totally fraud company and action should be taken towards those who are taking huge money from innocent students to run their business.

Its not about huge money and less amount... Why to bother a student for even 1000 bucks if they are not confirmed whether they will be able to retain there promises or not. in my institute they charged 1000 Rs but never replied back.
They might have many projects with them now but none of anyone from my batch was actually offered any position to work on.. And yeah story from Ashish Srivastava is true.. A True leader among a bunch fraud professionals...
