I have recently purchased a Gionee S5.5 mobile from your approved dealer Alfa on 19th May 2014. However, I am facing lot of issue with the instrument. I have visited your authorised service centre for the issue but did not got proper response/resolution to the issue. Please find attached proof of the same. They told us that your phone is ok and there is no issue. But still I m facing the same issue. The issue are as below: 1) Side of the phone get warm during talking 2) Battery do not long last 3) It become difficult to talk more than 10 minutes since the hearing side get warm. 4) Phone get warm during charging 5) Take lot of time to charge the phone Please help us in getting the handset replaced or money refunded back to us.

Buddy u can easily get the handset replaced with new one since Gionee has policy of replacing the mobile by giving DOA in case any problem with mobile within 7 days.I also had battery issue and the service center (same as urs) gave me DOA letter with which I could get a new handset from the dealer I had bought the mobile.
As for DOA

Its really not an issue. I have micromax canvas 2 colors. Due to the binding of all chipset into slim frame..makes the light sensor of the handset warm. Due to extreme heat outdoors, all mobiles gets warmed, even my Nokia Lumia 625 which I bought last yr in the month of Nov'13 . Dont worry. Charging a handset also makes a handset warm...thats normal..that happen with all smartphones. Dont worry.

I will now sell my Nokia Lumia 625 and will buy S5.5 only.
