Hello friends, I would like to share my experiences with syntel Pune . Hr team is biggest fruad team they will conduct many rounds of interviews and after selection call u for document submission. In that they want unnecessary document. Even I think the team& hr are 10 th pass god know ...are not clear about procedure ...and the whole procedure will take 1-2 months. In that the full hr alfonsa and yugendra and many other not have even curtsy to call you and inform you for any thing. You need to take follow ups and they don't even pick your call. And finally when every thing is discussed twice during interview and document submission. These irresponsible team will not pick your phone. If they will pic tell you that they will need to discuss with higher official and 2-3 weeks of follow up they will ttoffer you idi...tic packag e. The biggest fraud company syntel Pune.
