[Resolved]  Syntel — shown negligence to interviewee candidate

My name is Elia Bandi. I went for an interview on 11th nov 2014 in Airoli at syntel campus for back office process. I got selected in speech, essay, and h.r interview round and declared by saying that u will get a call for Operational round which I didn't received yet . I am just seeing hopefull way to get call or atleast mail from syntel but it seems worthless. At the time of interview lots of verification about candidate is taken in the form of filling form on a soft and hard copy wat is the use...? ''I just want a reply from those professional person who are sitting on a seat and taking interviewe of a candidates.'' Not having a professional approach towards interviewee by backing the procedure to call or mail.
