Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Hardik Ahuja from Dehradun, As you know there is so much scam going on WFH i am also one of the victim. As on 18TH August 2023 I was looking for WFH(work from home) jobs online I got a call from by lady (Naina) from Sysytem Info Technology and she asked me about if I am interested in WFH job so she explained the job description and i agreed with her to do the job. So it was a work for Data Entry in which we have to fill 600 forms in 6 days and within 10 days they will be providing 18000 INR as salary to our account so it was 30 INR per form. So i agreed to do this work and statrted the work on same day which is 18TH August 2023. As per the company there were some rules regarding the work and without denying that i started my work. As per the company the forms should be 90% should be correct which is 540 forms should not be without errors and rest can be adjusted and one more rule is that no form should be submitted blank if the form get submitted blank we need to pay the penalty of 3999 INR. So as per the rule I was conducting my whole work without any errors, so i competed my work on 21ST August 2023 in the morning like 2 days before the deadline. I completed 597 forms without any errors and I submitted all the 597 forms and 3 forms i saved because there was some issues with those forms. So i cintacted to the staff of the company and she told me thats ok we will make it done by the help of technical team. As on 21ST August 2023 i got the call from technical department and the ask about the problem i was facing and I told the problem he asked me to wait and then after he started putting false obligation that i submitted 3 forms blank which i have'nt i have only save that forms. I have all the proof of my work and all the 597 form i have submitted and 3 forms i have saved. Then they ask me to pay the penalty which i was not ready to pay and now they are not providing me my salary which they promised to pay and even threatening me that you will be getting legal notice as per the fake agreement
So sir/mam, I kindly request you to help me out in this, please ask them to pay me my salary as per the rules and there should be no legal case regarding me.
