Such worst a interview process. Attended interview for system analyst, i have 2 years experience, so straight away my 1st round will be HR, all HR questions were very below average about family, where you located, after finishing HR round. HR asked me to wait the they asked me for written test. Written test was very simple, asked me to write a story on " most significant challenge in ur life how it affected your academic achievement".
After finishing this they asked me to leave they will tell the interview decision on the next day, but a week gone i didnt hear anything from them, called over the phone many times and mailed no response. Finally one HR answered me and he said you got rejected in HR and technical round. I dont even know when did i attend technical round? If i get rejected on HR round then whats the hell they allowed me to take written test.

Not able to communicating properly to graduates
