T-Mobiles — MOBILE PHONE THRU QUICKR ADVERTISEMNET

Dear Sir/Madam

I am S.Sudhakar living at Medavakkam, Chennai. By following Quickr advertisemnt i contacted Mr.Anthony John ([protected]), spice network, Bangalore) via sms on the Sunday 3rd November 2013. He replied, will be calling on Monday the 4th November 2013 with required details.

On discussing with him on Monday the 4th November 2013. I decided to buy SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND DUOS GT-I9082 from him (total of Rs.12500/- for one number). Later he called me and asked me to deposit Rs.5500/- for first installment. He sent me the bank details to deposit the amount at STATE BANK OF INDIA or BANK OF BARODA. Remaining amount can be paid when the mobile is delivered.

I tried to deposit the money on the Monday the 4th November 2013, but i could not deposit money on Monday. So, he urged me to send the money as soon as possible. And, ask me for the send a mail of my exact requirement and my home address. And i sent the my requirement and my home address via my e-mail address msrinivasan.[protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@hotmail.com

On next day the 5th November 2013 as per the sms (Bank details) sent by Anthony John, i deposit the first installment Rs.5500/- at BANK OF BARODA, ULLAGARAM, CHENNAI-91. He ask me to send the copy of BOB counter file and I mailed it. After couple of hours he i received a mail. When i saw the mail, it show the mobile has been ordered for me at T-MOBILES, UK., and shipped. By using tracking number i checked web page that showed the mobile is shipped via ROYAL MAIL.

Next day morning on the 6th November 2013 Mr.William O'Dwyer ([protected]), Airtel Network, Delhi), the delivery official called me and said mobile reached Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi and so he asked me to deposit around Rs.6750/- CUSTOMES OFFICIAL ASKS FOR EXTRA TARIFF. Immediately i called Mr.Anthony John and told about this, and but he asked me to deposit the amount as directed by Mr.William. I refused to pay the amount, but he insisted me to send. And the mobile will be immediately despatched to my home address after sending the money. Mr. William sent me the sms containing bank details which i have to deposit via the same account in sms. I deposited Rs.6800/- at BANK OF BARODA, VELACHERY (OPP. TO PHOENIX COMPLEX). Again Mr.Anthony John asked me to send the copy of Bank counter file via mail and i sent it. And I was waiting for the mobile to be delivered.

But the real game started now, after couple of hours around 2.45 p.m. on 6th November 2013 a call came from Mr.William O'Dwyer saying that he is at New Delhi, he yet to start as he planed (11.30 flight) and New Delhi Customs Official did not give clearance to the parcel. They are asking for more money because of the tariff hike. The amount being Rs.8700/- and i was asked to deposit. Now i strongly refused to deposit any further money and asked them to deliver the mobile phone. Both of them insisted me to pay the amount so that he transaction will be completed smoothly. Also Mr.Anthony John told me if you failed to pay we won't delivery the phone and asked me the Bank Details of mine and he will refund the amount i paid.

Today around 9:14a.m. 7th November 2013, Mr.Anthony John called me and asked me to deposit the amount so that the mobile will be delivered immediately. I refused further and deposition money is not possible and asked him to deliver the phone. He kept repeating same thing by calling me several times, to deposit the amount Rs.8700. Call got cut several times and while we had conversation. When i called him suddenly a new voice saying that it was a wrong number that i dialed to. But the number is correct, i am using same number past few days to contact him that belongs Mr.Anthony John ([protected]). Call came Immediately from another number ([protected]) saying that why did you called my number. I told him that i did not call you ([protected]). A few minutes later at 9.44a.m. Mr.Anthony John called me and repeated the same thing and he disconnected the call, he did not listen to me; as i was asking him to deliver phone or else will complain to POLICE.

Lastly Mr.William called around 10.49a.m. and asked me to deposit the money. I said why i should pay as i already paid the amount as per order (little less Rs.200/-) will pay you when delivering. He disconnected the call.

I Already try to send this mail to several e-mail address listed in web page "http://cybercrimecomplaints.com/cyber-crime-cells-india" but almost every e-mail address rejected this mail. Don't know what to do. He still adv in QUICKR.

I saw adv yesterday in quickr[protected] in the name of "GLOBAL CITY MOBILE'S COMPANY LIMITED USA" at KOLKATA QUICKR SITE.

So, I sent mailed to [protected]@cidwestbengal.gov.in and [protected]@cidwestbengal.gov.in about my sufferings.

I called him and after lot of discussion with him he promised to refund the amount and he asked send the Bank details. I mailed him my wife's IOB Bank details, also my friend's SBI Bank details. But he did not refund as he promised, which i already deposited INRS12300/-.

I just want to finish the deal with Mr.Anthony John, so i again renewed the order and after discussing with the Anthony on Saturday 9th 2013, i agreed to purchase the SAMSUNG GALAXY S4MINI GTI9192 (he quoted me INRS25500/-, ). Also also he accepted that i have to pay the balance of INRS13200/- after deducting which i already paid INRS12300/-. Then the deal was finalized.

He asked me to pay to below banks account:

Then he promised me that he will be delivering the mobile phone at 4 p.m. on 11.11.2013. He started to Mumbai Airport, he called me saying that you have to pay INRS.5500/-. The reason being the CUSTOMES OFFICIAL wants him to pay for "COLLECTION CERTIFICATE" for the mobile phone i ordered.

I asked him to send it by courier, even book as TO-PAY AND I WILL PAY FOR IT. But he said the mobile phone was with CUSTOMES. I replied to him that i won't pay anymore. I am going complain to cyber crime cell about this and he cut the call. WHENEVER HE CAN'T ANSWER QUESTION HE ALWAYS CUTS THE CALL. LIKE I ASKED IN SAMSUNG STORE THE PHONE PRICE IS LESS AND YOU ARE CHARGING MORE STILL I WANT TO FINISH THE DEAL. AS I AIM LOCKED TO THIS DEAL.

Please help me and track this guy still now he is following me (in my BSNL MOBILE NUMBER [protected] at time 17:15 and date 11.11.2013) without delivering the mobile phone after paying what he quoted me. I am very much UPSET AND DISTURBED BY THIS.

IN-BETWEEN also i tried to contact him with different NAME KARTHIK S AND MY PHONE NUMBER [protected] and he respond, We finalised the deal of my self purchasing some mobiles and he want to send money at below bank.

Updated by Sudhakar Srinivasan Yesterday i called Anthony John 15.11.2013 around evening he asked me to call tomorrow that is 16.11.2013, to day the at around 11.30a.m. 16.11.2013 when i called i asked him refund the money or deliver without any excess payment. But he repeating same stories asking me to pay more. Finally i told him that i don't want the mobile, because i can't trust you any more. Instead refund my money for that i have sent my bank details. waiting for reply.

BUT IN THIS SITE IT SHOWS THAT COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED I DO NOT KNOW HOW. THE PROBLEM IS NOT YET RESOLVED. AND CONCERN AUTHORITY SHOULD TAKE ACTION.

I am giving the bank a/c details which he gave to deposit the money and i gave my bank details to refund (when the he previously agree to pay INRS.12300/-) and IF HE FAILED DELIVER THE PHONE. BUT HE FAILED IN DELIVERING THE MOBILE PHONE ALSO REFUNDING OF MY DEPOSITS.

So revealing full bank details which i have, A good businessman would will have ONLY one or two genuine BANK A/Cs for HIS business. The concerned authority should freeze these accounts, so he can't further use it for the illegal transactions.
