My father who is 84 years old and suffering from several diseases booked an appointment with Dr. Alka Bhasin of MAX saket. I was accompanying him as an attendant at the OPD. To our utter surprise, she selectively calls the patient at her own will for consultation with little regard for "First come First serve basis" norms.
Secondly, i was totally taken aback by her indifferent attitude towards her patients. I was really surprised, how could be a doctor be so rude towards her patient. She even does't consider patient's age and condition. My father who is a retiree from sr. govt. position could not hold his tears at this so called sr. lady doctor's behaviour. That was our last visit to dr. bhasin and never consulted her again. We started consullting Dr. Prof. Dinesh Khullar for my father's kidney disease, with whom we are very much satisfied as he is so humble and qualified. Was this information helpful? |
