I booked a holiday package by online through 'travellingtrips.com' website on dated 16 Dec 2016, as I received a call from [protected].
I have made Rs. 12666/- transaction through the link sent be them ( Payumoney).. https://www.payumoney.com/paybypayumoney/#/211415.
While booking i had conversition with Mr. Abhishek Chauhan.
After booking I sent them my name n address details.
They provided me an order/ transaction ID "[protected]"
and mailed me the "transaction (customer) authorization letter" and asked me to acknowledge the same.
On 19 Dec 2016 they mailed me and confirmed the dispatchment of welcome kit and assured gift.
After several inquiries via calls on [protected] and emails, on 3 Jan 2017, they sent me a tracking number.. dtdc courier Z09467423.
I received just a photo copy of a booking form and didn't receive any assured gift!
Again i mailed number of times, called up on their costumer care no. and requested to share the status of the gift, but Raaj, Rohit, Aadil and Sagar simply kept telling me "to wait for sometimes."
Yet I did not receive any product from them.
On 10 Jan, 2017, I filled the booking form, sent to them with my travel dates and details and asked for the hotel bookings. They replied that it would be done before 7-10 days of the traveling dates only.
But till date I have neither received any gift/product nor any hotel booking confirmation!!
So i request you kindly look into this matter and save the innocent people.
