This was the original membership tenure mentioned in the welcome email. While onboarding, they said that if you don't use the membership in two years, it will be automatically extended. They broke that promise saying I need to use it anyhow by 2024 or my money is wasted!!!
The properties they suggest are below average and can be availed of at a lower cost on Make My Trip or Booking.com. Their services are not at par with what was mentioned when they sold us this membership.
Their team members specially Varsha is extremely rude. They don't respond to calls and emails promptly. The RCI standard charges are 7k for a week, in India, which comes to 1 k per night. The recent property they suggested through RCI was for 2.5k a night. When I objected, they replied by saying they couldn't help us further.
Extremely rude people, below standard services... I am having depression issues because of them. I want my money back... I am a common person. I need my money back... Let them fraud people who have money...
