A call has been received from unknown number ([protected]) (by providing me my confidential details which i put in Hyundai) inviting me at Radisson blu hotel for diwali eve where Tag vacation Scammers selling their membership by offering various services and i took the 5 year membership because they just trapped me in their sweetness. Mr. Vivek ([protected]) who committed me while taking membership that:
1. My membership covers National and International Both, but recently i got to know that it did not cover Internationals.
2. He told me that my membership fee will be payable on EMI basis but it got debited from my credit card in one shot amounting to Rs. 80000
3. My membership is cancellable and refundable at any point of time.
4. No annual fee of Rs. 8500 will be imposed on my membership. This also i got clarification from the backend team that the company is not providing the same benefit.
Now i am not getting any response from the backend team and also they are not answering to my calls, mails.
Anybody who suffering the same, lets join hand together and file a suit against them so that they cannot do with anyone with their hard-earned money.
I request the Consumer forum please take some action against them, as they peoples dont have any fear of law.
