Hello everyone,
*Please Help* *Need attention*
6 months back I fell trap to one of holiday time sharing company by the name of tag vacation club. I paid them 70k for 5 years package by hearing their sales team pitch and false promises of option to stay in 5 star hotels n all, but later on I got to know that this is an scam and there are lot of loop holes and in the actual membership none of the things were written as promised. Also I took their complimentary stay package and did not like that at all.
Until now I have not taken their paid service and asked them for refund but they are denying the same as expected.
Guys, please help me out is there any legal way I can get the refund. Anybody went through similar situation and got their refund through online consumer court route.
