Taingobuy — amount debited. but order not received

My order number #184251
From my credit card amount 7200 debited with out otp strange
I request mail to them. They are replying stupid common replies.
They mentioned 60-120 days takes time.. But duration already completed
No response.
They are charged quite different which they shown in their website
They shown 1.99$ but they charged 9.6$
Plz resolve my issue
