Taingobuy — online shopping fraud

I have see an advertisement of www.taingobuy.com on facebook i went to the site. the products were at discounted price. I read the reviews they were quite good as well. So i ordered a cookware of 2.97 dollars including shipping and delivery., whereas 17, 700 .39 LKR (equivalent to 100 dollars) deducted from my credit card. I tried to contact the customer care, but no use, the page is not displaying. not received item yet. its a big fraud.

For us also same happened on December 01, 2018.
I raised a complaint to bank. Hope bank will block the transaction.

I feel bank people shouldn't authorize these transactions. In my case I didn't even enter OTP.

Try to buy something. For 6 dollars got charged 156 dollars been a month and a half an I still get automated responses of the same message not happy at all an right before Christmas makes it even worse

I saw website taingobuy.com while using facebook.Si I visited tat website. It had attracting discounts. I ordered 2 products worth $4.19. But when I check my credit card balance, 7500rs debited from my credit card. I couldn't cancel the order and couldn't contact customer care too.

An advertisement by facebook on taingobuy offring kitchen items at discounted prices i ordereda cookware set priced $2.95 including taxis & shipping however upon completion of purchase transaction RS 7690.28/- got deducted from my cridit card.i did trid cantact number custmer care but the page is not displaying.please help me [protected]

saw website taingobuy.com while using facebook.Si I visited tat website. It had attracting discounts. I ordered 4 to 5 products worth $11.59 on 4th Nov. Even in bill details it shows amount $11.59. But when I check my credit card balance, 7300rs debited from my credit card. But i received auto email due to server issue more amount deducted and will refund ASAP and asked me to reach them back after 3 days to share the refunded screen shot.

1) After 3 days they themselves reached by sharing the refunded transaction screen shot without my card # and
it states refund initiated and will refund in 20 to 25 days as international transaction (by 25th Nov or 30th
Nov i should have got this refund but still i am waiting)

2) on 17th Nov all of the sudden i see my order is dispatched and will reach by 25 to 45 days, surprising was
101 products were dispatched.

3) Reached again to them for clarity but they are telling its supplier mistake so you accept products or send it
back to us we will refund back again.

4) Till now waiting for it but no update after 17th Nov in web-site, but from customer care people are replying
me back with the hope...

Hi I ordered taingobuy.com website 8pcs of cookware set that price $2.95 but they charged total my card balance 7000 rs I can't cancel my order nd can't contact customer care team also plzzz help anyone to refund my money

it may be true. i ordered in December 2018 work Rs.6500/- and till now not received any mail or products and they are not responding to my mails.
Could you please suggest what i can do to get my money back.
