Respected Sir,
I, Neehal Mulla, am filing this complaint on behalf of Mr. Faruk Rajabali Makandar, aged 40 years, resident of Gadhinglaj, District Kolhapur, Maharashtra, to report a case of non-delivery of products despite full advance payment made to Taj Enterprise, Anantapur.
For the upcoming Moharram of Nala Sab in Gadhinglaj, our local Jamat had decided to order new Panjas for the occasion. During our online search, we found a supplier, Taj Enterprise, and contacted the owner, Mr. Shakeel Ahamed, through WhatsApp. After discussing and confirming the design and details, Mr. Faruk and others from our Jamat visited his location in person.
On 22nd June 2024, they met Mr. Shakeel Ahamed at Taj Enterprise, Anantapur, and paid an advance of ₹27, 500, broken down as:
₹15, 000 in cash
₹12, 500 via PhonePe
He assured that the Panjas would be ready in 15 days. However, after the promised timeline, Mr. Shakeel became completely unresponsive. Despite several calls and messages, there has been no update, no delivery, and no communication from his side to date.
Since we are located in Gadhinglaj, District Kolhapur, physically following up in Anantapur again is difficult. We feel cheated and request your support to take necessary action.
