I booked a residential plot in Millat colony in 2010 and as per agreement to sell, I paid all installments before scheduled date of registry but to my great surprise they changed my booked plot no. After registry Taj India was supposed to execute mutation on their cost but they demanded additional money for mutation which they never did and still reluctant and evading to execute it. I have made several calls and mail correspondence since Feb2011 to its FRAUD & LIAR director Mohd Mahrajuddin Abbasi(Mob.[protected]), but could not succeed to get Taj India to honor its commitment. I have lost several prospective buyers to sell this plot as the mutation is not in my name. This is a huge financial loss to my investment.
