I am from Bantalab Jammu.
Cable Operator is from Barnai Road Near Sukki Nehar, Bantalab, Jammu
With the installation of new set top box which was installed at a cost of INR1400.00 as set up charges,
we have been experiencing very poor service with the prompt "No Signal - Please contact your cable operator". Again n Again. from the day we installed the setup box.
the picture quality is very poor and sound quality too.

On calling the local technicians, the numbers shared with us are switched off or he rarely pick the call.
he always reply that he will not help us we have to wait. but now today is 4th day continuously our cable network doesn't work it shows "No Signal - Please contact your cable operator" since 4 days. and technicians replied that he will not help us.

This happens several times a day and has been repeated everyday since the installation was done.

Sir i want to know the actuall cost of set top box installation. Whereas there is variation of cost in different operators to install settop box.
One cable operator said it cost customer Rs. 1500/- and other said it costs 1700/-.
The cost of set top box is decided n fixed by govt. Or by cable operators i want to know that.

I am pained to point out that your cable operator in our area Patoli Mangotrian Janipur Jammu is not providing proper service to the consumers. With repeated telephonic calls he is unable to restore the breakdown in the cable. The operator by the name of Mr. Mohit is being repeatedly being contacted on his mobile No.[protected] and his response is always that I am just coming and sometimes he says that breakdown is from the supplier. I have been requesting him for the last more than five days to restore the supply. Lastly, he informed that it will take some time to restore. Then I personally contacted you on your Telephone No.[protected] which was attended by Mr. Sunil on 14.05.2019 at 6.50 pm. When I told him about the problem I was advised to bring the set top box to the office at Marbal market as the same is to be changed. On 15.05.2019 I attended your office along with the box and I was given to understand that box is in order and also told me that the same should have been brought to the notice of local cable operator. Again the approach of the local operator was not positive and he informed that he is just coming but till this time he has failed to attend. Please sought out the problem.
