[resolved] takesuper.com — solar led light (With motion sensor) not delivered yet

I have ordered for one solar led light sensor (Order no : 51035) on june 24, 2019 with takesuper.com.. Till date the item is not delivered and no further communication from their side. Website is showing "currently processing". If you go to delivery tracking link, its displaying "order id not found". Also they don't have any contact number to call and get the details. They have given only the e-mail address as [protected]@takesuper.com, i have sent them e-mail twice with all details but no reply from them except one auto reply at the first instance that they acknowledge my request and within 24 hrs their executive would get back to me with details. But till now no reply from them. I have already paid the amount through my debit card. Please take an immediate action to avoid other customers get into their net and this company add pops up in facebook as well..

Its a lesson learnt for me that we should not trust any new start up companies and get trapped in their fancy offers. One should verify all the details about the company before trusting and placing orders.
Check list:
1. Should have a proper working contact number
2. Order cancellation option
3. Return/refund option
4. 24hrs customer care service
5. Always prefer cod option.

I request the concerned person to kindly take strict action against these kind of frauds..

Finally i got my order delivered successfully yesterday only after 11 days.. Order was placed on 4th july.
I got a
"ready to be shipped" msg on 12th july
"has been shipped by xpressbess-ss" msg on 13th july
On 15th i got the item delivered...

I think they are taking much time in delivering the item and status update is not maintained properly in their site. No telephone number to contact them and no order cancellation option.

Note: its always better to go with cod option when ordering with new sites... This time i was lucky i guess!

I ordered a tripod of rd.249 and payment made rs.298 including freight.

Also complained 10 times to [protected]@takesuper.com.

Kindly help.
