Takesaree — Delivered damaged and different products from takesaree website

Due to lockdown, i ordered sarees through online website 'https://takesaree.com'. they provided damaged and different colour sarees.

When i tried to contact back, phone is switched off, but watsup messages are delivering in the number +[protected].
Their contact email is [protected]@gmail.com.

Before delivering the products, they used to message through watsup and mail as well. After delivering the products, no reply.

Could you please help me to refund the money.

I have the below clarifications
1. Return to which address?
2. Who will provide the money for courier those items?
3. Is their address and contact details are valid?

They are cheating people without humanity, then again in which way we will believe them. It's their duty to take it back the damaged items and provide the quality items which I have ordered for 2000Rs
