Takk.in — Product not shipped after 80 days and company not agreeing for cancellation/refund

This complaint is regarding my order # 271826
for a smart desk from the website Takk.in.

Amount paid was Rs. 27, 498

The order was placed on 30th April 2021, and as mentioned on their website I was told on call that they will ship the product in 25-30 days.

On 3rd July I was told that the table is ready, after which my ordeal started.

I made the big mistake of ordering the table from Takk. It has been almost 3 months now, and for the past 20 days the table has been packed and ready (according to their customer support) and it has still not been shipped.
Numerous follow ups on Facebook, Whatsapp and Phone have resulted into nothing. They just don't care.

Every time I am given some new reason which could be any of the below. sometimes on the same call they give 2-3 status.

1. Table is ready.
2. Table is Ready for shipping
3. Table is waiting for Cargo Pickup
4. Table is undergoing one more round of Quality check
5. Due to logistics issue it was not shipped

every time I call them, status gets changed. One day it is packed and awaiting shipping, and the next day it is in quality check.

After speaking to the customer support manager, they have told me that they cannot cancel the order or refund the money.

Please help me with this issue, as this is cheating. I have not received the product and the money is also gone.
