Sir i applied for a part time job in quicker then a girl whatsapped me and told that they will give me 30000 for doing 1500 forms in 10 days and i have to maintain 90% accuracy (I. E. 1350 forms have to be correct). Then they told me to sign an agreement by using digital signature after that they provided me the agreement and acceptance copy. Then after 1 hour on 19/10/2019 i was given the work i completed it in 10 days i. E. 29/10/2019.in the agreement i was said that qc report will be given in 3 days. But after waiting for 6 to 7 days i asked the girl on whatsapp and she told me to wait. The app that i was working had a elpline number so when i call either they don't pick up or when they just ask for id and say that we will tell you about it in few minutes. Then on 9/11/2019 a mail came from legal. [protected]@gmail.com stating that my qc report is fail and i have to give the 4300 as intimation fees. Then i took 2 days time stating it was saturday so i will pay it on monday then on monday they called i told them that i will pay first you send me the qc report then they provided me the qc report in which they provided only the incorrect ones i saved around 32 forms in pdf format so if they do cheat i will catch and i found that they altered the data. After signing the digital signature, the next day morning I came to know that this is a fraud company, through some researcj.
And soon I told the lady on WhatsApp that don't send me the work, I'm not interested and please cancel.
She said cancelling is not possible.
I said you had just edited a few documents. Is your company registered? When did it come into existence? No reply came for these questions.
I told her I won't paying a single penny.
Don't worry brother, let's see to what extent their harassment can go.
