Talathi Officer : Kavalapur — Talathi office no doing his job. Always neglect the work

I hav purchased plot at kavalapur and went to talathi office to register the plot.
Its been 1 and half month now still
I hav not yet received ferfar, when I hav asked local Talath who hav always neglect out requests. he always asks to come tomorrow and not giving any explaination

I hope this complaint will do the something.
