Talent Edge — Admission cancellation

I have taken admission from talent edge for course of Management in HR analytics. But due to some unforeseen circumstances I need to cancel admission and made request for refund to talent edge. I made request to executive staff Ma Mehak who was coordinating during my admission but she said she has forwarded my request and management will call back. But no call received. When I again called her she stopped answering my call and continuously bluffing me that management will call back. Later she gave her senior staff contact Ms Hena. Again I spoke to her but she also said same that management will cal back and it’s been 05 days no call received. The day I requested Ms Mehak for cancellation, same day I mailed to talent edge but no response from them. After 05 mails they replied that management will arrange call back that too reply received after 3 days of my mail. And now it’s been 05 days neither any update from talent edge neither any callback received nor any solution form their end.

But this was not end. Meanwhile I was trying to contact their call centre team but the moment I sharing my concern staff said I am not the concern staff and disconnected my call.

I felt so pity on myself. They call you numbers of time before taking payment and when we require any help they don’t bother to repsonse.

I want my admission cancellation and refund of my amount.
