I have lodged an FIR with Panaji town police no. 201/16 u/s 420, 504, 506, 509 IPC against Vijay Kumar of talent hunt recruitment consultancy for duping me of 7.00 lacs on the false pretext of sending my sons abroad. He is also holding their passports illegal and the police have so far not recovered the same.
