I am extremely dissatisfied with the trouble created by Talent Edge for me.

Being a HR professional and passionate about my career, Talented has tried to do the fraud with me twice.

Firstly, when I was interested in 2021 for the EDP Course from Talent Edge, Shilpi tried to fraud me by showing me the wrong eligibility and asking me to pay the course amount despite the fact that I was not eligible at the time for the course.

Then, at that time, I chased a lot and got a refund in a month. I am sharing the history of the last fraud for perusal.

Now this time almost they tried doing the same thing as when I enrolled and they asked me for the different charges and processed me.
Despite my asking for the cancellation, they forcefully created my login ID.
And now they are imposing the policies without giving me any information and just not refunding my hard-earned money.

This is a clear fraud, and I would request that you take action as Shilpi and Prerna both misled me, and in fact, they were not answering or reverting to my emails and calls.

I am sharing the history of the mail for your perusal and urge you to refund my money as soon as possible, as it's been a long time since I have been chasing and not getting any satisfactory revert.

No policies were cleared to me; they manipulated me every time.

It's a humble request that you provide me with the solution early.
