I hired TalknLock for Meta ads because they promised me breakeven results within 30 days. They even gave this promise in writing, so I trusted them and paid ?15, 000.
But after taking payment, they could not even fix a basic pixel tracking issue for the whole month. Because of this, the campaign never worked properly. In 30 days, I got only 4 sales worth around ?5, 000.
Whenever I asked what was happening, they kept giving excuses instead of proper answers.
Then I asked for a refund because they failed to deliver what they promised. Instead of solving the issue, they disconnected the call.
When I said I will go to consumer court, they replied: “Please go.”
I am sharing this so other business owners stay careful before trusting big promises from agencies.
