I am raising this concern here as I have already tried all possible ways of reaching out to the TamilNadu e-Governance Agency team (both through Toll-free number and their official email)
I applied for a community certificate on 4th May 2024 through TNeGA portal. As soon as the online payment was done, the request went into the Pending transactions list. When I tried call their helpline number [protected], I need to wait atleast 10 minutes in the queue and when my turn comes, the call is getting disconnected automatically. I've also raised my concern to their official email address [protected]@tn.gov.in. No response yet.
It has been a bitter experience with this government firm so far. Please help me get this concern addressed, if possible. Thank you.
