Tamilnadu open university — provisional / convocation certificate not yet received

I am s. Devarajan and studied in tnou in the year[protected]. But i complete in jan-2011. My course name is b. B. A and my enrollment no.[protected]
I have not received my provisional certificate and convocation certificate till now. I paid my all fees through your study center code: 120503 madurai. My office address. S. Devarajan repco bank no.58/1, tamilsangam road, simmakkal madurai.625001. And my residential address. No.37 kambar street jeeva nagar 2 nd street, jaihindpuram madurai.625011. My phone no.[protected]. I attach my id card, provisional certificate and course completion certificate.
Particular study center not cooperates properly to solve this problem. I want consolidate mark sheet and covacation certificate.
Kindly solve this issue and provide me the same.
