We changed our residential address from ayapakkam to aynavaram through tnpds website and got the confirmation too. After updating address we went for ration shop at vellalar street, aynavaram which was allotted for us but the problem is that allotted ration shop keeper says that your card is not linked with this shop, further when we asked he told us to check out after 30 days so that you can able to buy items from the shop, even after that 30 days it didn't work. Below are the steps we took for our card working
1. We went to chetpet office for address issue where they insisted us to go to ambattur ration office
2. When we went to ambattur ration office, they told us previously they transferred all the card details and the shop had been allotted to you already and they insisted us to go to the chetpet ration office again
3. And then here at the chetpet office they chased us out and not come back again with the same issue as they couldn't solve the problem.
The ration shop number they gave us after address change is 02fb129nt. From the date of address change we didn't get any benefits from the above allotted ration shop. I kindly request you to help me. We lodged this complaint to respectable chief minister via his online complaint portal but it is still under process and also the complaint was not taken by the tnpds website saying that invalid characters and not able to submit. But the same complaint was able to load in the feed back section without any problem. I don't understand about this issue. Please help me out sir. You are the only hope for us. This problem may be a small issue for you but because of this our expenditure raised as we could not buy any items from the ration shop and we are not able to avail any benefits for my card. I kindly request you to help me sir.
