Greetings. My name is C.S.Rangarajan. I retired as Associate Professor of Sociology, University of Madras, Chepauk, Chennai. Upon Settlement, my Flat M 43/4 = 7th Cross Street, Besant Nagar, Chennai 600090 stands transferred in the name of my children Mr.C.R. Krishnakumar and Dr.R.Rekha.The attachment to this mail is an Old TNEB Bill, which shows
that there is an Advance Balance of Rs 6671 in the name of my son and daughter.Upon demolition of MIG Block 43, Ramaniyam have raised a
4 Floor (8 Flats) building named "Ramaniyam Subham" in the place
of demolished M 43. New TNEB connection appears to have been given to "Ramaniyam Subham" in August 2023. My son C.R. Krishnakumar and
daughter Dr. R. Rekha have their FLAT 2 B in the new building.
May I request you to kindly consider if TNEB would refund the Balance Advance, Amount of Rs 6671/- ( as shown in the attachment below) by Cheque OR have the sum of Rs 6671 transferred to the New TNEB Connection Account of C.R. Krishnakumar and Dr.R. Rekha in "Ramaniyam Subham"on 7th Cross Road (Landmark Besantnagar Post Office Road), Besant Nagar, Chennai 600090
