Tamilnadu Nurses And Midwives Council — Good standing certificate double charged but still payment status pending

I've applied for my good standing certificate on 31/08/2021 in Tamilnadu nurses and midwives council near santhome church Mylapore Chennai Tamilnadu ...my online payment was charged twice...but even though my payment status is still pending & my double charged payment is also not refunded...I dint get a proper response from nursing council.. please give some response
