Dear Fixed Deposit Manager Please refer to recently sent redemption form (For Mr Divakar Bhate and Mrs Veena Bhate) by undersigned on your address for redemption of subject fixed deposit. Kindly note that the subject consignment (Redemption forms duly attached with FDs) was received at your end on 6th july15 as acknowledged by post department. Since we could not able to note the FD number with us, requesting to track the same through your system and enable payment on asap basis. Pls also note that the FD principal amount is Rs 50000 and maturity amount is Rs 68420( period 36 months, maturity date 27.07.15) each in name of Mr Divakar Bhate as well Mrs Veena Bhate. Mr Divakar Bhate and Mrs Veena Bhate are respectively my uncle and aunt and have recently moved to Thane (Maharashtra) and are statying with me on following address : Mr Nitin Bhate Maxima C503, Casa Bella Gold, Palava City, Kalyan-Shil road, Nilje, Dombivli (E), Thane (MS)- 421204 Therefore, as requested in the redemption forms, kindly forward the redemption cheques to above address only. Also please note that I had sent several mails on the above subject, but no response from your side. Also, I called on your[protected] /46 phones numbers, however no body even picked the call.
