Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the irresponsible behavior of the bus conductor and driver during our recent journey.
During the trip, the bus was halted near a tea shop for a short break. Two passengers, Mr. Ilavarasan and Mr. Gowtham, stepped down briefly to use the restroom. Within just a few minutes, the driver and conductor left the stop without ensuring that all passengers had re-boarded the bus.
It is important to note that we did not even stop for tea or coffee and had only gone for a quick restroom break. Despite this, the bus departed without any proper headcount or announcement, leaving us stranded.
This kind of negligence is highly unacceptable and creates inconvenience, safety concerns, and distress for passengers. I request you to take strict action against the concerned conductor and driver and ensure such incidents are not repeated in the future.
Kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate corrective measures.
