I ordered a book in tamilnadu text book corporation on 29th june 2020 and paid the amount via credit card. Amount was debited but in that website it shows payment transaction was failed. Almost one month over but i didnt get amount refund or book. I called to text book corporation for past one month but no response. Kindly take the necessary action towards this..
