I am udaya chandran from coimbatore

few months back i became member with tamizhan vip club paying small amount as member ship fee and i was given number as tn 2063.
then they started asking me more amount to activate my membership.I stared paying and understood that there is no end .
when i question the about amount paid they told me this is refundable
and started saying this there company policy.
At 4 lack stage they told me this was the final amount and will be entitle for the services. but after paying 4 lack they started asking more and big amounts
I was forced pay more upto 6lack and waiting for the refund.
but Still they wants more, then i asked them to cancel my membership and return my amount
but they are denying
In the initial status they never spoke to me about company policy
and the amounts to be paid.

hence they cheated my hard earning money
I request your honorable court to look into this and give a amicable solution
