I'm Papiya Chakravorty, residing in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. A few days back I saw an Ad on Facebook from 'Tamrafashion.com' regarding a yellow coloured Salwar that they were endorsing. Since I liked the product so I ordered the same yellow salwar. Although they accepted my order and sent the order for delivery, the product delivered is wrong and completely against what they had promised to deliver. When I received the parcel, I was first asked to pay Rs 1449 and then check the parcel. So after I paid and checked it, I was surprised to see that in stead of sending a yellow salwar, they had sent a dark violet clothing, not a salwar, just a cloth material that too not yellow. When I raised the same issue with them on their Whatsapp account, they have stopped responding to my texts and are not refunding my money as well. I have attached all the necessary pictures that may help you understand the situation on ground. 'Tamrafashion' uses '[protected]' as their Whatsapp number. I'm a 57 year old woman and I did not really know how else to get help regarding my refund. Therefore, I request you to kindky look into this matter and help me to get my refund back. Please find the pictures attached herewith this compaint for reference. Thank you and please revert back.
