Tangy Oak people sent me a broken product. When I asked them to replace it as early as possible or refund back my money. No one is responding. No one picks up the call, neither replies. In fact the product quality is also is pathetic. Please be careful while ordering.

I ordered a clock from Tangy Oak, it got delivered but it was smaller than I expected, so I requested for a bigger clock to which they agreed, I did not hear from them for a week, I continuously called and messaged them but no avail.
So I checked for their address on my package/bill and tracked them down. The address on google is of their previous workshop and they’ve shifted to a new place and the number - +[protected], which is being handled by a lady, she is a liar. Instead of regretting, I tracked them down the place and got my clock exchanged.
I am attaching an image of their new workshop address, if you’re facing any trouble I suggest you to visit their workshop.

Company shiprocket is also somehow involved
