Tanish Orchid delayed by 8 months, Tanish Vatika delayed by 10 months, tanish srushti delayed by 1 year. Builder and sales people doesn't entertain once flat is sold. Bad experience for middle class people like us.

All tanish associates projects has bad reputation of delayed completion and no service to customer.
Worst builder. As NO AMENITIES has been provided to tanish icon not even parking though he charged 1 lack rupee per parking, no garden, no club no hot water supply, worst quality drinking water, he has cheated in assembling water lines to tanish icon, no road he is biggest scammer in dighi.
I have own a flat from tanish associates, They give me possession on time. After sales service not good. Director of tanish as well as workers are arrogant. They don't have manners to talk with customer. If you complaint more about your concerns they will threaten you.
I am living in Tanish Pride, I see several issue over there
1. Top of them is parking- There is no common parking space. Builder will allot parking in fair manner, for some he sold at 1.5 lacs and some he sold at 80 thousand. Also you will not get parking at the time of possession, they will follow chit system to allot the parking which is unfair for them who paid for parking at the initial stage.
2. They took around to build amenities like garden, half covered temple, low cost gym still not functioning after two year of possession.
3. Lifts are not up to mark. Low cost one so definitely we have to arrange fund to maintain it within short period of time.
4. Internal facilities like sanitary is not good, door bell and even LED light system
5. No proper space for Fire brigade to enter the building in case of emergency.
6. Boundary wall are not build properly which increase the chance of theft.
7. Management is not good with Tanish, delay in possession is normal with them.
