One of my friend has resigned from this company on the same day and now they are asking her to pay 5000 rs .They are telling that you signed on some documents and now if you not pay then we will file compensation case against you else serve the full 30 day notice.
How they can ask the money.She is having some emergency and living the city in 2-3 days.how she can give 30 days notice period.please guide and help.
