I have ordered an item from China which is coming via AWB Number [protected]. I tried to upload my personal KYC today and is rejected on the ground that the consignee's name and delivery address does not match.
Please note somehow consignee name is shown as Suraj Solar System which is non existing now, but the address is my residential address. I cannot submit any documents of Susraj Solar System.
Kindly clear the item as individual purchase in my name and use my KYC details uploaded by me. Was this information helpful? |
