Today I went o give my Honda Activa for 3rd free service around 12 PM. As per them they said that they have many vehicles today and limited technicians. I requested them to try somehow and get it serviced. But they denied. Spoke to one of the sales person and he called Nithin/Naveen who is the incharge of service department. While talking to him, this guy is press the word "FREE SERVICE" and ultimately i got an answer that they can't do it. After that I went to take my bike from parking and found they are still taking other bikes for service. when I asked them, they said they are not free service ones. Which means Free service has the least priority. Then why do they give free service at first place? I bought my bike from Thansi Honda where I went today to give my by bike for service.
