I lodged the application for refund of security deposit on surrender of my landline phone no 28089641 on 21/6/25 along with cancel cheque of my bank and my self attested adhar card coy whisch was duly acknowledhed by officer on duty at kandivali west, s v road, mumbai 400067 telephone exchange . The copy of same attached with . I was told that you will receive rfund with in 2 to 3 working days ., however one week is alrady over and still not received any reply nor any payment .
