I had, on 27th Oct 2021, purchased a flight ticket from travolook after being directed to their site from a Google Ad. Subsequently, I was informed via mail that the ticket was in processing, and that I must wait for 30 minutes. After that too elapsed, a mail notified me that my reservation was "cancelled due to an operational reason" and that a refund will be provided post "10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..".
I have not yet received the refund for the payment I made on 27.12.2022. I have been constantly following up with you people but of no use. Was this information helpful? |
