I am a Care Plan member of Tata 1mg.
While attempting to place an order for SBL Guaiacum 200 (₹130) on September 4, 2025, the system attempted to charge ₹79 as delivery fees.
I did not proceed with the payment because this contradicts the Care Plan Terms & Conditions, as confirmed by Tata 1mg’s own support team on[protected], which clearly state:
• No shipping charges on orders above ₹249
• Unlimited free shipping on orders above ₹800
• Free shipping on 20 orders below ₹800 during the membership period
Despite multiple follow-ups (emails and calls on Sept 4, Sept 19, Oct 12 and Oct 23), Tata 1mg has not provided any written resolution. The company has also failed to acknowledge the grievance within 48 hours or issue a grievance ID within 30 days, violating the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Relief sought: Written resolution and either (a) correction of the Care Plan benefit or (b) full refund of the membership fee with an apology.
