Yesterday I have got a new case no. 18351374 & 18351505 for issuance of foreclosure letter for loan account no. Loan no. 7288944 & 20643573.
This is not acceptable, I have been requesting for foreclosure letter since 11/08/2021 vide case no. is 17080438 & 17080417, I don't understand why I haven't receive Foreclosure letter.
You always kept on saying that MUMBAI head office is not giving approval for issuing foreclosure letter but whenever we asked you to share contact details of Mumbai office you didn’t provide any info .
It means you just want to delay the issuance intentionally.
Its only mean that you are charging high ROI from me and you people don't want to loose . definitely your response in this matter are going for my health issue and anxiety for me.
I need foreclosure letter today, otherwise I will move for other options to file complain at RBI ombudsman .
